Here are some typical piano related questions that I often receive.

Do you know who gives piano lessons?......Yes, I  keep a file of area piano teachers.

Will you help me find the right piano for me?......Yes! Buying a piano is a major purchase and I want you to have as much information before you make that investment.

How often should the piano be tuned and/or cleaned?......Typically, the piano's interior should be entirely cleaned every 5 years, depending on the environment. Manufacturers recommend a tuning every 6 months; a little more or less depending on its usage (absolute minimum of once a year).

What my clients have written:

"Dear Brian, Thanks so much for tuning with so little notice! The piano sounded super for my recital and no sticking keys!  BRAVO !!!  You're the BEST!  God Bless, C.D." (Leo, IN)

"My piano sounds incredible.  Thank you.  I haven't had this much fun playing in years (maybe ever!)  D.T."  (Fort Wayne, IN)

"Brian, Thanks so much again for taking the time to make our piano sound BEAUTIFUL!  My daughters and I are getting a lot of enjoyment out of it.  We appreciate it!  J.M. Family" (Avilla, IN)

"Brian, I just wanted to drop you a note offerring my deepest thanks for the wonderful job you did on my piano.  I am simply overjoyed with how great it sounds and how wonderfully clean it is.  I look forward to working with you again in six months! Thanks Again!  E.L."  (Fort Wayne, IN)

"Thank you for doing such a thorough job in removing the mold.  I appreciate your attention to detail and your care in handling such an antique.  Thank you, also, for researching the date and company of manufacture of the piano. Sincerely, C.M." (Fort Wayne)

"The piano sounds fantastic.  The best it ever has.  I can't believe the top octave is now in tune.  The last two keys have been off for 25+ years."  C.S.  (Fort Wayne)

"Thank you-the piano sounds great!  Yes, I will get something set up before Thanksgiving.  Thanks for letting me send the check.  Take care!"  L.M. (Fort Wayne)

Hi Brian, I just want to say thank you again SO much for coming by today to replace the dehumidifier!  I appreciate your generosity with your time and the way you went above and beyond as a piano technician.  I am thankful F. H. recommended you when I was looking for a piano technician I could trust!   Thanks, K. P.  (Fort Wayne)

Brian,

Just wanted to tell you how beautiful my piano sounds.  I have been playing and practicing for several hours and the sound is just perfection.  Thank you so much.  I am so grateful that you were able to come and tune it………I knew it wasn’t in tune…..but I did not realize how far out that it was, until you made it “whole” again.  It simply sparkles now.  I hope your second tuning in Warsaw went well also.

Thanks again and God Bless,

Jo Ellen M.

Warsaw, Ind.

"Thanksfor your expertise. Maddie is thrilled with the new 'sound'. Its nice to hand over the 'baton' to her. She took 19 years of piano and 6 years of violin from me, her grandma. "      Rebecca (Albion,IN)
